Our 5 litre mini casks are the perfect way to enjoy cask conditioned real ale at home.

Mini casks need to be stored in a cool place and left to settle for ideally 24 hours before serving.

For unfined beers this time scale can be reduced to 4 hours, these beers may be hazy. Hoppy beers such as Fox Pale will be hazy.

Once open mini cask should ideally be used within 3 days (but may last longer).

Thirst Christmas is a golden 3.7% with notes of fruit and citrus. Unfined Vegan

Thirst Noel is our rich dark 6% ale packed with dark malts. This beer became so popular that we have this beer as Dark Horse all year round. Unfined. Vegan.

Keswick Gold is our most popular cask ale. A 3.6% golden bitter with a subtle citrus and spicy flavour and aroma. Unfined Vegan
